CRUSIN’ OKC, AUTOMOBILE ALLEY & MODERN ART

Celebrate 100 years of Route 66 on a tour that captures Oklahoma City’s creative spirit—past and present. Cruisin’ OKC takes you through the heart of the city’s iconic Automobile Alley, where historic showrooms, bold architecture, and the open-road legacy of the Mother Road meet contemporary art.

This guided experience blends automotive history, design, and modern creativity, showing how the automobile helped shape Oklahoma City—and how that legacy continues to inspire artists, makers, and innovators today.

You’ll ride the OKC Streetcar through Automobile Alley, hopping on and off to explore highlights that bring the story to life. Stops include the Indian Motorcycle showroom, the Oklahoma Contemporary Arts Center, and hidden gems with significant automotive history. Enjoy shopping for locally made souvenirs along the way.

From chrome and craftsmanship to color, creativity, and community, Cruisin’ OKC is part history tour, part art experience, and entirely Oklahoma City.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour for check-in and plan 2 hours for the tour. There will be a mid-tour break for restrooms and refreshment. Your group will walk about one mile on generally flat walkways — broken up with rides on the streetcar — and you will ascend and descend a couple of stairways. You may want sun protection or water. We recommend you always check Oklahoma weather to be prepared.

Cancellations: Travel plans change, we get it! Full refunds are offered for cancelation requests received 24-hours prior to your scheduled tour. Unfortunately, refunds are not available with less than 24 hours notice because we have incurred expenses for transportation, tickets, and scheduled guides.
